Copyright & Likeness Complaint

You do not need an account to file a complaint. If a video, image, audio track or page on Bicep Heart uses your copyrighted work, image, likeness or voice without permission, tell us so we can review it.

How to File a Complaint

Send complaints to support@bicep-heart.com

Write Copyright & likeness complaint in the subject line. You can also find our support email on the Contact page.

Include:

• Your name and contact details. If acting for someone else, identify them and explain your authority.
• The exact URL of each reported item, including the page showing an embedded sample; include a task or share reference if available.
• The original work or a description of the person whose image, likeness or voice is involved.
• Why you believe the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Review and Removal

• We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
• While reviewing, we may restrict access to the reported item.
• We aim to complete the review within 10 business days and tell you the outcome. If an item is removed, we may notify the account that created it.
• If we need more information, we will ask by reply.

These are acknowledgment and review timeframes, not a separate guaranteed takedown deadline. Filing a complaint does not prevent you from pursuing other available remedies.

TikTok Reference Samples

Reference samples are shown through TikTok's official embeds. If the creator deletes the original post, the embedded video is no longer accessible, as explained in TikTok's embed documentation.

When we receive a removal request identifying an embedded sample, we mark its corresponding entry as removed in our sample source register and stop displaying that embed on Bicep Heart. This removes our display of the sample; it does not delete the creator's post on TikTok.

Bicep Heart is not affiliated with TikTok, @kavithageorge, @hunnybakes, or any creator shown. Their appearance in a reference sample does not imply endorsement.
