1. Using Bicep Heart

Bicep Heart operates bicep-heart.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Upload one authorized photo to create a short vertical video of the bicep heart trend. Seedance 2.0 Mini, a ByteDance AI model accessed through a third-party API provider, recreates the single-arm gesture with new music. Your generated video does not use the original TikTok video's footage or audio.

2. Age, Photos and Consent

You must be 18 or older to use the service. Before uploading, you must confirm:

I'm 18+ and this is my photo or I have permission; no photos of minors or public figures

Upload only a photo of yourself or a photo whose subject has given you explicit permission for this AI use. You must also have the rights needed to use the photograph. Photos of minors, celebrities and other public figures are prohibited. Permission from a parent, guardian or representative does not override these prohibitions.

Keep account information accurate and credentials confidential. Tell us promptly about unauthorized account use. Do not create multiple accounts to bypass safety, credit or access limits.

3. Prohibited Uses

Do not use the service or its outputs for:

• Harassment, bullying, defamation, impersonation or misleading viewers about a real person's actions or endorsement.
• Pornography, sexual content or any sexualization of minors.
• Infringement of copyright, privacy, likeness, trademark or other rights.
• Illegal activity, fraud, hate, threats or promotion of violence or self-harm.
• Circumventing moderation, rate limits, payment or credit controls, or interfering with the service or its providers.

We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend or terminate an account for violations. You are responsible for your inputs and how you share the result.

4. Your Content and AI Disclosure

Your uploads remain yours. You grant Bicep Heart the limited permission needed to host and process them for your authorized video-generation request, including sending the necessary inputs to service providers. We do not use your photos to train our own models.

Identify generated videos as AI-generated when sharing, and do not present the result as a recording of a real performance. Review the complete video before posting: appearance, hand shapes, movement and timing may vary, and an identical result is not guaranteed.

You may download and use completed outputs subject to these terms, applicable provider terms, your input rights and applicable law. We do not grant rights to someone else's photograph, music, likeness or trademark, or guarantee that outputs are unique or free of third-party claims.

5. Credits and PayPal Payments

PayPal is the only payment provider. Bicep Heart does not store payment-card numbers. Available products, prices and billing terms are shown on Pricing and at checkout. The server-confirmed price applies; the credit quote is shown before you create a video.

One-time pack credits do not expire. Where subscriptions are offered, they renew until canceled; subscription credits last for their billing period and do not roll over. The year's credits are granted at the start of a yearly billing period. Pack and subscription credits share a balance, with the earliest-expiring credits used first. Cancel an active subscription from Billing to stop its next renewal. Cancellation leaves the paid period active and does not itself create a prorated refund.

A confirmed failed render automatically returns the reserved credits. An unknown network or provider status is reconciled against the existing task before another submission, to avoid duplicate generation or charges. A completed result that you dislike is not a failed render. Cash refunds follow the Refund Policy; credits are not otherwise exchangeable for cash or transferable.

6. Reference Samples and Non-Affiliation

Bicep Heart is not affiliated with TikTok, @kavithageorge, @hunnybakes, or any creator shown. Names and official TikTok embeds identify the trend and its reference posts; they do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement. Reference samples are distinct from the AI-generated video you request.

Report copyright or likeness concerns through the complaint process.

7. Availability, Account Closure and Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, rendering speed, a particular appearance or continued availability of any provider. AI results can contain errors. Features or providers may change; we give reasonable notice of material reductions when practical.

You may stop using the service and request account or media deletion through support. Cancel an active subscription separately in Billing to stop future renewals. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risks for the service or others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Content responsibilities, payment obligations, third-party rights and liability provisions continue to apply after account closure where relevant.

8. Changes and Contact

The revision date above identifies this update. Material changes will be announced in the product; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. Contact support@bicep-heart.com with questions.
