Bicep heart FAQ: photos and video settings
What is the bicep heart trend?
A bicep heart is a small heart outline formed by a flexed upper arm and the curved fingers of the opposite hand. Here you can make a bicep heart video from one photo. The small heart is beside one upper arm, rather than a large heart over the head. The pose can be a greeting or playful response; the surrounding caption gives it context.
How do I do the bicep heart pose?
Flex one arm and curve your other hand into a heart against the inside of your bicep. Hold for a beat. Follow the step-by-step guide at /how-to-do-bicep-heart. Either arm can be the flexed arm. Face the camera, leave room around both elbows and make small comfortable adjustments. Check the outline in the camera preview rather than forcing a strong flex.
Step-by-step pose guideWhat photo should I upload?
For a bicep heart video, upload one clear photo, head to waist, with both arms visible. Choose even light and one adult facing the camera; avoid tight face crops and hidden hands. Keep a copy of the original. Review the chosen crop before submitting: a sharp face is not enough if a sleeve, another object or the edge of the image hides the hands.
Do I need muscles?
No. The gesture comes from one flexed arm and the curve of your other hand. You do not need large muscles. A relaxed pose with a clear outline is more useful than an exaggerated flex. Stop if a position is uncomfortable and adjust the camera or framing instead.
Can I use a photo of my dog or cat?
Yes, you can make a bicep heart video from a photo of your dog or cat. Choose My pet and use one clear photo of the whole animal, with the front legs visible. Results can vary; check the finished video before sharing. Choose one animal without a person holding its legs in the frame. Pet mode does not guarantee human-like hand shapes or a recognizable small heart. Inspect paws and body continuity as well as the face. The pet checklist explains framing for this bicep heart FAQ: keep paws unobstructed, avoid a blanket covering the chest, and use one animal rather than a group. Do not force the animal into the human pose to prepare a photo.
Pet photo checklistHow long is the video and what size?
Check the bicep heart video duration, resolution and frame shape shown in the studio before you create. Use the current settings and quote rather than assuming a fixed video size. The reference output is 10 seconds at 480p in 9:16. These are output settings, not a guarantee of an exact gesture or a particular level of artistic quality.
Does it use the original TikTok sound?
No — your video uses new music. The original clip and sound are not included. If you want to add a sound when posting, choose it in TikTok and check the terms that apply. Buying generation credits does not buy a license to a trend recording. If you add another track, preview both audio layers and avoid assuming that a sound available to another account is permitted for your post.
How much does one video cost?
The reference video uses 14 credits. The live quote can be higher when costs change; review it before submitting. The Starter pack is $6.99 for 14 credits, not a guaranteed price for every video.
PricingIs there a subscription?
Plans are optional. When checkout is available, you can choose a one-time pack instead of a renewing plan. One-time credits do not expire. Monthly credits expire at the end of their paid period; annual allowances are granted upfront and expire at the end of that annual period, without rollover. See Pricing before choosing a plan.
What if the video fails?
A confirmed failed render returns its reserved credits. A task still processing or with an unknown status needs to be checked in My videos before another submission. Keep its task identifier when contacting support. Returned credits are separate from a cash refund; consult the Refund Policy for payment requests. If the page stopped responding, distinguish that interruption from a confirmed task failure. Reopen My videos and check the existing identifier. A new browser tab or refreshed page is not a reason to create a second request. When asking for help, describe the current status and include the task identifier.
Credit returns and payment refundsContact support about a taskCan I make one with two people?
Each bicep heart video uses one photo of one person or pet. A message intended for a couple does not add a second performer. Choose a photo with one clear subject and send the finished greeting yourself after reviewing it. For a paired greeting, make separate clips with each adult’s permission and arrange them in your own editor. Do not assume a two-person photograph will produce two coordinated performers. Review each result before combining or sharing the files.
Who can be in the photo?
Use your own photo or a photo you have clear permission to use. Adults only: do not upload anyone under 18, celebrities or public figures. For pets, use a photo you have the right to upload. Make sure the permission covers AI animation and the audience you intend to share with. A public profile photo is not automatic permission for that use. Do not upload private photos to test whether the tool accepts them.
How are my photos used and deleted?
Read the Privacy Policy for processing and storage details. To request deletion, contact support@bicep-heart.com from the account email and identify the relevant task. Do not post private photo or result links publicly. The policy explains the request process; this page does not promise an unverified automatic deletion deadline. Before sharing a support screenshot, check it for account details and private links. Describe the problem in text when that is enough. Keep requests about someone else’s likeness separate from a general question about how to use the tool, and follow the copyright complaint instructions for that concern.
Privacy PolicyIs this affiliated with TikTok?
Not affiliated with TikTok, @kavithageorge, or any creator shown on this site. Creator links and embeds are references to the gesture. They are not endorsements, partnerships or evidence that a creator used this service. The homepage provides a written pose guide in place of an independently unverified creator video. This bicep heart FAQ does not establish who first invented or posted the gesture. Use the description to understand the intended movement, not as a historical attribution.
Do I need an app?
No. Create and review a bicep heart video here in your browser. Use My videos to follow your task and open a completed result. Saving the file and sharing it in another app are separate steps; the site does not send messages or publish posts for you. On a shared device, use your own account and avoid leaving private results open. After downloading, play the saved file to confirm it is the version you intended to keep. The bicep heart FAQ describes a browser workflow; editing music or sending a message happens in the app you choose.
Is this a bicep heart rate monitor?
No. Here, bicep heart means a heart-shaped pose made with one flexed arm and the other hand. This site creates AI videos from photos; it does not measure heart rate. A heart rate monitor is a fitness device.
